Pruning/Trimming — Austin Tree Experts offers a complete range of services for pruning trees. There are several different factors that must be considered when deciding what pruning to do. The first perspective is determining whether you need to prune for tree health, public safety and/or cosmetic reasons. Once these basic needs are understood we can decide how to apply different pruning techniques. Here are some of the techniques we use regularly. Canopy thinning, canopy raising, deadwood removal, building/roof clearance.

Removal and Stump Grinding — The Austin Tree Experts policy is to always avoid removing a tree if possible. Unfortunately, however, sometimes trees do need to come down. If you need this service we can help. Austin Tree Experts carries a full line of insurance to protect you and us from dangerous situations. Tree Removal can mean one of two things: remove close to ground level or removed entirely, including stump grinding. Stump grinding is usually a cosmetic concern and has no effect toward neighboring trees. Please let us know if you want the stump removed along with your tree.

Consultations and Professional Arborist Services — Consultations are for our customers who want more than a brief description of their needs and a price. We charge $100 for consultations and will spend up to an hour with you discussing the details of your trees’ situation. If you purchase our consultation services the $100 will be refunded back into the price of any job you hire us to do within three months. Austin Tree Experts also offers professional services such as tree inventories and report writing. Texas Commission of Environmental Quality, City of Austin and many other organizations often require professional reports. We also offer tree appraisals to determine replacement value and/or property value losses.

Tree Care/Treatments — Maintaining tree health is our specialty. We offer a variety of tree care services including fertilization programs, oak wilt treatments, webworm control and many others. Our arborists can help you figure out what your trees need.
